Venture Debt Analyst

Functional Role:

1. 1. Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers
      
   2. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and sensitivity analysis
      
   3. Assess the business model, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth potential of prospective borrowers to determine credit risk.
      
   4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance investment professionals, legal advisors, and portfolio managers, to structure appropriate debt financing solutions tailored to the needs of borrowers.
      
   5. Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and venture debt committee, to support credit decision-making processes.
      
   6. Monitor the ongoing financial performance and credit quality of existing borrowers, including covenant compliance and portfolio risk management.
      
   7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in debt financing
      
   8. Support in revenue calculation and portfolio management by preparing monthly calculation sheet with coordination of finance and the relevant parties.
      
   9. Play a proactive role in identifying new concepts that can potentially be part of the VD funded companies.
      
   10. Should have experience in developing presentations and Debt related documents and reports
       

1. 5+ years of experience in venture Debt / Banking Risk management / Corporate banking
   
2. Preferably has banking experience
