1. Sales and Product Promotion

  • Handling Queries and Complaints: Answer any questions and resolve any complaints in a professional and timely manner.

3. Route and Inventory Management

  • Route Planning: Plan and organize daily routes to maximize sales and efficiency.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that products are stocked and organized in the van. This includes managing inventory, ensuring products are well-displayed, and keeping track of stock levels.
  • Replenishment: Maintain a constant supply of stock, order new products when necessary, and manage stock turnover.

4. Cash Handling and Payments

  • Cash and Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers and issue receipts. Handle both cash and card transactions.
  • Invoicing: Issue invoices for products sold, ensuring all details are accurate and payment terms are clear.

5. Market Research and Feedback

  • Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors’ offerings, prices, and strategies to stay competitive.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to relay to the company for product development or improvement.

6. Documentation and Reporting

  • Sales Reports: Maintain records of sales, stock levels, customer details, and payments made. Submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all necessary paperwork (invoices, receipts, contracts) is properly filled out and maintained.

7. Compliance and Safety

  • Compliance with Regulations: Follow all local regulations related to sales, transportation, and health and safety.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the van is kept in good condition, perform routine checks, and report any maintenance issues.
