DESCRIPTION:
Delivery:
- Load vans according to the scheduled route plan.
- Ensure vans are unloaded at the site and maintain cleanliness.
- Service cafeterias following the daily route plan, including additional off-route service requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all deliveries.
- Guarantee the safe and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Perform accurate invoicing for deliveries in line with company policies.
- Communicate any service issues beyond individual capabilities promptly to the relevant person within the company.
- Collect payments on time
Selling:
- Expand the customer base within assigned routes.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Ensure customer retention within the designated routes.
- Identify opportunities for geographical expansion.
- Upsell additional products and services available through the AMERICANA portfolio to end users.
- Maximize visibility of AMERICANA products in outlets.
- Remove expired or damaged products.
- Support on-site promotions and other sales activities.
- Recommend opportunities to improve product availability.
- Report any competitor activities to the immediate supervisor as soon as observed.
- Proactively propose ideas to boost sales and product visibility.
- Submit settlement sheets, cash, and cheques to the cashier, along with account statement reconciliation, within the specified timeframe.
Safety compliance:
- Follow safety rules at all locations and along routes.
- Maintain cleanliness of yourself, the products, the vehicle, and the premises.
- Report any vehicle issues to the workshop team promptly.
- Adhere to traffic rules and regulations set by the UAE Traffic Directorate.
- Perform all duties in a professional manner at all times.

Skills
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Higher secondary school certificate holder Fluent in English and Arabic or Hindi.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food service sales handling street cafeteria.
- Previous experience in the Protein category for food service distribution industries is preferred.
- Experience with key account management and client relationship building.
- Must Maintain a valid drive license.
