V.I.E - Performance Business Analyst - Dubai

As part of the MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa and Turkiye) Cartier Team in the role of V.I.E - Performance Business Analyst, you will be responsible to provide the team with actionable insights into the business performance through the effective use of Cartier’s tools and systems. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in December 2024 depending on Visa requirements, the position is based in Dubai.

• Monitor the omnichannel performance evolution through various angles and KPI’s.
• Provide insights to the Regional & Central audience on latest trends impacting the business and deep dives.
• Performs periodical reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide insights on the overall performance of the Maison, markets, and channels.
• Take part in the preparation of global and regional performance review presentations.
• Create benchmarks (regional, international) so we can measure & steer performance across all channels and provide insights to markets. 
• Act as a key contact to deep dive in some aspects of the performance and conduct ad hoc analysis in collaboration with other members of the team & departments.
• Work in collaboration with data solutions department to ensure data quality is accurate & relevant templates are created according to business needs.
• Consolidate the overview of projects across the Regional Department and keep track of progress.

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Relevant professional experiences in a retail business as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong analytical skills and mindset.
• Strong communication skills, excellent proficiency in English. An additional language is a plus.
• Positive and passionate attitude, outgoing approach, and innovative thinking.
• Hard working, mastering time management, organization and prioritizing activities
