Job Description

Job description

I'm thrilled to be partnering with an incredible digital agency that’s on the lookout for an Arabic-speaking UX Researcher to join their team.

This agency is not just any agency — they’re an award-winning powerhouse with a superb track record, collaborating with some of the most innovative startups across the MENA region and some of the world’s biggest tech giants. Their reputation speaks for itself, and they’re known for delivering critical work in the digital space.

What's even more exciting?

2025 is shaping up to be their best year yet! With some impressive new projects coming in, they’re looking to add a talented UX Researcher to their team to keep up with the growth.

They’re ideally seeking someone at the mid-to-senior level with a solid background in research and ideally, user experience. Although it’s not a must-have, if you’ve previously worked in an agency or consultancy setting, you’ll hit the ground running with this company. They value versatility, so the more research methods you’ve mastered, the better! The role will involve juggling multiple projects and adapting to different methods, depending on the client’s needs — if that sounds up your street then you’ll fit in very well.

Since this role involves conducting research in Arabic, fluency in the language is essential. You’ll be diving into projects across the MENA region and will be expected to travel throughout the area to conduct research on the ground.

The company is based in Dubai and offers a hybrid work model, giving you the flexibility to work from home if you’d like a break from their lovely workspace. They’re open to hiring someone already in Dubai or someone looking to relocate.

If you're ready to work on high-impact projects with some of the MENA region’s most well-known names in tech, and make a real impact in the digital space, this could be the perfect role for you.
