Role: SeniorUI and UX Developer
Department: Technology Team

Location: Abu Dhabi
We are partnering with a Financial services company with a strong international presence to recruit a Senior User Interface Developer. We seek a dynamic, human-centric professional who possesses deep expertise in JavaScript and a solid understanding of the financial sector.
Missions:
- Collaborat with the Technolgy team and business partners to spearhead the development of UI-based solutions. This includes defining UI standards and ensuring that these standards are agreed upon and adhered to by stakeholders.
- Lead and deliver UI solutions across applications within the Department. This position does not require line management experience.
- Develop and coach junior team members in line with the mission vision, values, goals and performance standards of the Company.
- Represent the Section in cross-division and end user discussions.
- Analyse risks and escalate issues and breaches of polices as needed.
- Manage the process of requirements elicitation and solution agreement.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 5 years’ experience in developing User Interface solutions within a business-facing technology delivery function and 3 years working within financial services market.
- Experience with NodeJs, with React, with Restful and asynchronous programming.
- Experience in participating in high-impact business change projects with a human centric approach.
