SearchPlus HR is looking for an experienced and dedicated Urologist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of urological disorders, including but not limited to, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and prostate diseases. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive urological assessments and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Perform surgical procedures when necessary, including minimally invasive surgeries.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Stay current with advancements in urologic medicine and contribute to ongoing research initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
