Job Title: Urologist

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urologist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, providing patient-centered care in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a diverse patient base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including kidneys, bladder, prostate, and external genitalia.
  • Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures, for conditions such as kidney stones, prostate enlargement, and cancers of the urinary system.
  • Provide medical management for urinary tract infections, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and other related conditions.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and urinalysis to assess patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options, tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals such as oncologists, nephrologists, and radiologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on preventive measures and lifestyle changes to maintain urological health.
  • Participate in the development of hospital protocols and policies regarding urology care and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow up on patients' progress.

Qualifications:


  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Urology.
  • Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice in Dubai or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in Urology.
  • Expertise in minimally invasive urological procedures and robotic surgery is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
