OnTime Group is urgently hiring a dedicated General Practitioner for our Doctor OnTime Homecare service. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the treatment and support they need in a comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home medical assessments and evaluations to patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Offer personalized treatment plans and follow up on patient progress
- Administer necessary medical treatments, medications, and procedures
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and preventative care
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Keep up to date with medical trends and healthcare regulations
