How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will support the UAE Client Services Project Manager in implementing the CS strategy and policies within the boutique, manage tools, coordinate with the call center and technical partners. In this role you will support with client services projects, collaborate with multiple teams to enhance processes for better client services.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English and Arabicwith excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You are passionate about watchmaking and jewellery with a true interest in the luxury industry. You have a previous experience in Excel, Powerpoint and ideally SAP. Due to Nationalization, this role is only open to a UAE National with family book.
