ABOUT THE ROLE

Finance Control

Review and approve business transactions, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and payments, in accordance with delegated authority limits and company policies.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Business Decision Support

Support the UAE General Manager and other department heads with financial insights and analysis for strategic decision-making.

Reporting

Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly management reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and cash flow projections,

UAE Financial Operations

Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Review financial transactions and records, identifying and addressing discrepancies or anomalies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial control and business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
