Job summary
MISSION:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the turnover and handover processes during the fabrication and construction phase of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
TASKS:
Develop and implement turnover and handover plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project requirements and client expectations. Coordinate and manage turnover packages, ensuring all necessary documentation, certifications, and records are complete and accurate. Facilitate the transition of completed systems and equipment from the construction phase to the commissioning and operations teams. Prepare detailed turnover documentation, including punch lists, checklists, and completion certificates. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of turnover activities and progress. Ensure that all turnover documentation is properly completed and submitted in a timely manner. Ensure all turnover activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and verifications to ensure that systems and equipment meet quality standards prior to turnover. Participate in project reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in turnover and handover within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically during the fabrication phase of EPC projects. Extensive experience with turnover and handover processes, including documentation and quality control. Fluent level of written and spoken English.
