Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Trust Officer  

**Location:** Remote  

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Our client, a renowned financial institution, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Senior Trust Officer** to join their team. This role is designed for an individual with deep expertise in managing personal and institutional trusts and a proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals. If you are passionate about providing exceptional fiduciary services and have a strong understanding of trust administration, this opportunity is for you.


**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of personal and institutional trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.  

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, offering tailored trust solutions to meet their financial and estate planning goals.  

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as a trusted advisor on complex fiduciary matters.  

- Oversee the preparation and review of trust documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.  

- Utilize trust accounting systems to manage client portfolios and maintain up-to-date financial records.  

- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex trust issues and provide strategic recommendations.  

- Monitor and ensure the proper management and investment of trust assets.  

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.


**Qualifications:**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.  

- **10+ years of experience** in institutional and personal trust administration.  

- **Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA)** designation preferred.  

- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Trust Accounting Systems.  

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  

- Proven ability to work comfortably with high-net-worth individuals and manage complex client relationships.  

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.  

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve complex fiduciary issues.
