Job Overview

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering exclusive, tailor-made travel experiences, maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction, and promoting the luxury travel services that define our client’s prestigious brand. This role requires proactive, experienced, and hard-working individuals who are deeply passionate about the travel industry and have an in-depth understanding of global geographies and luxury travel trends.

Responsibilities
    • Tailored Travel Planning:
      • Provide personalized travel consultations, aligning itineraries with clients' preferences, lifestyles, and budgets.
      • Research and recommend luxury accommodations, private tours, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
    • End-to-End Booking Management:
      • Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, high-end accommodations, private transfers, and special activities.
      • Ensure all bookings are accurate and align with clients’ expectations.
    • Exceptional Customer Experience:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and attentive service.
      • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Sales and Upselling:
      • Promote the company’s premium services, such as private jet charters, yacht rentals, and exclusive travel packages.
      • Upsell luxury upgrades and unique add-ons to enhance client experiences.
    • Market Expertise and Networking:
      • Stay informed on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry innovations.
      • Cultivate relationships with luxury hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure exclusive deals and insights.
    • Administrative Excellence:
      • Prepare invoices, process payments, and ensure timely delivery of travel documentation, including visas and itineraries.
      • Maintained meticulous records of bookings, preferences, and client feedback.
