Provide Accurate Travel Counselling:Offer reliable, efficient, and prompt advice on flight options, routings, fares, itineraries, and travel requirements.
Expert Ticketing:Confidently work in a GDS (Sabre preferred), low-cost carrier portals, B2B Airline Consolidators, or Airline NDC Portals to issue and re-issue tickets based on changing travel plans.
Stay Current on Travel Requirements:Keep abreast of global travel restrictions and requirements to ensure compliance and smooth client experiences.
Foster Long-Term Relationships:Engage with clients in a professional, courteous manner, tailoring solutions to meet their preferences and budget.
Requirements
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
GDS Proficiency:Familiarity with at least one GDS system (Sabre preferred).
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; superior interpersonal and social skills.
Detail-Oriented & Organized:Capable of handling multiple bookings simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
Experience:Prior work in a travel agency (minimum of 2 years preferred), especially in sales and operations for international airline ticketing.
Knowledge:A solid understanding of passport, visa, and health requirements for international travel.
