Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on travel options, including flights, accommodations, and package deals tailored to clients’ needs.
- Handle bookings and reservations efficiently across various travel portals and GDS systems, including Galileo.
- Assist clients with UAE and international travel itineraries, ensuring smooth arrangements for visas, tickets, and accommodations.
- Manage UAE Visit Visa applications and handle A2A (airport-to-airport) and B2B (border-to-border) visa changes as per client requirements.
- Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and airline promotions to advise clients effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
Salary:
- AED 2000 to AED 2500 (plus commission on sales), depending on experience.
