About the job Training Manager (L&D)
Our client is an investment management company that is a locally owned group of companies in transportation, retail FMCG, and services. They are looking for a Training Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The hired resource will be responsible for driving all training and development initiatives for the transportation companies within the group.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement the Group's Training Centre
- Create Training Needs Assessment process and Quarterly Training Calendar
- Formulate Leadership Development Policy and Process
- Implement Values Training
- Drive Front End / Retail Training
- Create process and evaluation for On the Job Training
- Drive Buddy Program
- Drive Emiratization Training Focus
- Create and Implement Career Development Plans
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in a related field (HR)
- Additional Skills: Good Personality with Communication Skills
- Years of Experience: 7 years of experience in Training and Development
- Job-specific skills: Data Analysis, Excel and PPT
Location: Dubai
Reports to: Group Head of HR
Salary Range - AED 12,000 to 18,000
