  • Proficient in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, monitor, and assess training programs efficiently, ensuring seamless access and progress tracking.
  • Proficient in leading dynamic training workshops, using facilitation techniques that encourage active participation and reinforce participants' grasp of the content.
  • Adept at managing training initiatives through LMS tools, enabling organized content delivery, participant tracking, and comprehensive learning analytics.
  • Experienced in the efficient use of Learning Management Systems to facilitate training, ensuring easy content distribution, participant advancement monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Competent in performing in-depth needs assessments, pinpointing training necessities and devising strategic learning solutions that harmonize with corporate targets.
  • Experience in beauty and Cosmetics Domain.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English Languages.
