As a Training & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, developing, and delivering training for dubizzle’s VAS vertical employees. You will also run the New Hire Training program, Employee Onboarding, Sales Training, Technical/System training, Policy Training, and refreshers and post-training interventions to update the employees with the required knowledge.


In this role, you will:


  • Designing an overall training strategy and roadmap for the vertical.
  • Conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA) exercises with commercial and support teams
  • Develop training structure in line with the company vision
  • Conceiving and designing training modules based on the training needs
  • Design and conduct quizzes and tests to assess the skills and knowledge level of the employee base
  • Oversee the new hire training of commercial and support employees
  • Spearhead onboarding program of the leadership positions
  • Supervise junior training resources assigned to different lines of business
  • Report team performance with the line managers.
  • Conduct periodic impact analysis of the training programs and align with the organizational goals
  • Work with business heads and relevant department stakeholders for gather training requirements on a regular basis
  • Design and conduct sales training programs for all levels of sales hierarchy
  • In coordination with Tech, conducting system training with the commercial and support employees
  • Compile post-training analysis and report to the Manager of Training
  • Conduct performance improvement interventions whenever required with the support of Sales Effectiveness employees
  • Work with Business Intelligence and Marketing to design and implement Market Intelligence training programs
  • Coach and counsel employees on departmental requests
  • Attend events and conferences that pertain to commercial understanding
  • Work on special projects assigned by the line
