As aTraining & Development Executive, the incumbent will be tasked to conceive, design, develop, and deliver training for the employees of Dubizzle’s VAS vertical. The holder of this position will be responsible for tasks like running New Hire Training program, Employee Onboarding, Sales Training, Technical/System training, Policy Training, and refreshers and post-training interventions to keep the employees updated with the required knowledge.
In this role, you will:
- Designing an overall training strategy and roadmap for the vertical.
- Conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA) exercises with commercial and support teams
- Developing training structure in line with the company vision
- Conceiving and designing training modules based on the training needs
- Designing and conducting quizzes and tests to assess the skills and knowledge level of the employee base
- Overseeing the new hire training of commercial and support staff
- Spearheading onboarding program of the leadership positions
- Supervising junior training resources assigned to different lines of business
- Reporting team performance with the line
- Doing periodic impact analysis of the training programs and aligning with the organizational goals
- Working with business heads and allied department stakeholders for gathering training requirements on regular basis
- Designing and conducting sales training programs for all levels of sales hierarchy
- In coordination with Tech, conducting system training with the commercial and support staff,
- Compiling post-training analysis and report to the Manager of Training
- Doing performance improvement interventions whenever required with the support of Sales Effectiveness staff
- Working with BI and Marketing to design and implement Market Intelligence training programs
- Coaching and counselling employees on departmental requests
- Attending events and conferences that pertain to commercial understanding
- Working on special projects assigned by the line
