Helping technicians service and maintain equipment, boost their skills and knowledge on the latest product technologies, and empowering them to be the best in the industry – for their own career development and the operational excellence of their customers.Job SummaryThe service training consultant will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions, which involve proficiently using and maintaining training aids and lab equipment. The consultant will also collaborate with the project team lead to create instructor-led training (ILTs) and web-based training (WBTs) on relevant subjects based on the required area of expertise.  Actively involved in promoting continuous improvement, optimizing resource utilization, and driving technological adoption, ensuring that training initiatives are consistently aligned with organizational goals and standards. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French and Arabic being an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Proficient utilization of classroom and lab equipment:Utilize classroom and lab equipment effectively to deliver engaging and practical training sessions.Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that reinforce theoretical concepts.Deliver assigned Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component training.Utilize and maintain training aids and equipment setup/installation:Utilize the training aids and tools to simulate real-world environments for hands-on learning.Actively participate to continuously improve the training setup to match industry advancements and learner needs.Collaborate and consult with the project team lead in developing and upgrading Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Components Courses. Manage the personal development process by completing the course accreditation as per the area of expertise.Skills & Qualifications You Will HaveExperience: Minimum five years of experience in technical training, Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component trainingRelevant University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.Previous CAT product knowledge would be beneficialTechnical expertise: Strong knowledge of Industrial Engine Products, Systems, and Component trainingDevelopment skills: Proven ability to design and develop training materials, including the setup and installation of training aids and lab equipment.Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Arabic is a strong advantage.Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering complex technical content in an understandable and engaging way.Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional project teams to develop training solutions.Additional Information Relocation package will be offered.A hybrid role will be required to be in the office 3 times a week.What We Offer:  From day one, you’re set up to thrive at Caterpillar: helpful training, relatable mentors, global experience, competitive salary package, work-life balance, and the growth opportunities you expect with a Fortune 100 company.You power our success, and we are committed to empowering yours.
