The role is designed to undertake the necessary training to meet the requirements of the Safety Specialist position. The Trainee must successfully complete all examinations and assessments as required to fulfil the Safety Specialist role.
Knowledge & Experience:
· Completed mandatory national military service.
· Prior work experience is preferred, though not essential.
· Basic understanding and interest in aviation.
· ICAO level 4 in English Language Proficiency.
· A high degree of analytical and correct decision making during rapid developing and changing situations, to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Skills:
· To be able to work as an integral part of the Safety team.
· To demonstrate flexibility and be dynamic in managing workloads
· To work within the framework of local, national and international instructions, rules and regulations.
