We are seeking ambitious and driven young professionals that have an interest in the financial services industry (areas such as asset management, private equity (PE) and investment management) for our work experience trainee/internship program. This program offers an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation, developing valuable skillsets for your career ahead. As a trainee, will have the option to either rotate across various departments or focus on a single department of their choice. Available departments include Private Equity, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Compliance. The program offers hands-on experience and mentorship from industry experts, providing valuable insights and a comprehensive understanding of operations within an asset management firm.
During the course of the program, you will -
Participate in various departmental functions to gain a broad understanding of operations within the firm (if you choose a rotation program)
Focus on specific departmental tasks and projects based on your chosen area of interest (if you choose to concentrate in one department)
Assist with daily tasks and projects relevant to your assigned department
Engage in practical work that contributes to team goals & objectives
Work closely with senior managers & teams’ members, to receive ongoing guidance and feedback
Conduct research and analysis to support departmental projects and decision-making processes
Prepare reports and presentations to demonstrate your research & work
Collaborate with team members and contribute to team projects and activities
