*Main Job Responsibilities:
Resource Allocation:*
Assist in scheduling and allocating field service engineers and technicians for various service projects. Monitor and update resource availability and project timelines.
Coordination:
Coordinate with field service teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of service activities. Communicate effectively with team members to relay project requirements and updates.
Administrative Support:
This will be Major task on this role. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including timesheets, service reports, and customer feedback. Assist in preparing and distributing work orders, job assignments, and other relevant documentation.
Customer Interaction:
Support in handling customer inquiries and requests related to field service operations. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Data Management:
Update and maintain databases and systems related to resource management and field service operations. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource coordination processes and service delivery. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes:
Detail-oriented and proactive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
