Job Description

Job Purpose


The role performs as a Trade Finance SME & delivers solution to fulfill functional & technical requirement of the project. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements to technical specifications and delivery.


Key Result Areas


Understanding Corporate Customers needs and ability to provide innovative and efficient solutions.


Candidates having experience in OBTF, OBTFPM and Flexcube will be preferred.


Analyze BRD shared by Business/Ops and translate it into functional / technical specifications.


Should be able to document requirements in the form of BRD.


Monitor vendor developments and deliveries as per signed off FSD.


Should be able to setup Product parameters.


Preparation/Documentation and lead support of SIT, UAT, Regression, integrations - Strategy, scenarios, and cases.


Participate in UAT, Business user Trainings, Implementations, Pilot and Production movement of Application.


Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and Coordinate with vendor on Issues Resolution.


Coordination with Business Stake holder and IT support for Change Management, Knowledge Management, Incident/Problems Testing/verifications, and Production movements.


Should have experience in Data migration to provide inputs and support mapping exercise.


Vendor co-ordination and follow up with vendor for resolution and closure of the issues.


Get the fix tested and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with relevant team.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience


10-15 years of experience with Corporate Banking implementation.


Prior experience in Oracle Banking Trade Finance (OBTF), Oracle Banking Trade Finance Process Management (OBTFPM), and Oracle Flexcube Trade module.


OBDX experience is an added advantage.


  • Experience of implementing Transaction Banking platform for a large regional or global bank.
  • Functional Knowledge of Trade Finance and Transaction banking is essential.

Good knowledge of Corporate online banking domain.


Ability to work on multiple applications, multi technology platform.


Good knowledge of SWIFT, Payments Gateways, client browsers and configurations etc.


Ability to review and understand system documentation.


Computer Science degree or equivalent.
