Job Description
Trade Finance Assistant - Dubai Accounts & Finance
Coordinating with banks and teams on documentation related to letters of credit, bank guarantees, short-term loan/medium-term loan applications, account openings, and any other banking documentation required by the group companies.
Involving in All Trade Related Transactions (LC and Guarantees)
Filling and Maintaining the Tracker for all Trade Documents and
- Involving in KYC and Account Opening
- Listing Group Companies in the Bank for Employee Credit facilities
- Involving in Merchant Agreements avails the merchant service
- Bank document submission and collection
- Handling Salary Transfer Letters from Group Employees
- Preparation of Cheque Bounce report Group level
- Subsidiary company's Bank account confirmation letter preparations
- Bank Account Maintenance & Modification related works
- Transmitting the Shipment documents and Guarantees to relevant Units
