Position: Operations Manager - Tourism Project
Location: Al Qoua, Abu Dhabi
Nationality Requirement: Arab
Salary: 8,000 AED per month
Responsibilities:
• Attract foreign tourists through collaboration with tourism offices and centers.
• Coordinate with local guides in Al Qoua to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Oversee the entire tourist experience, liaising with farm owners and service providers.
• Ensure tourist satisfaction through consistent feedback and improvement.
Qualifications:
• Experience in tourism or project management within the tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
Languages : Arabic fluent , English fluent.
1. Project Management: The ability to oversee the entire tourist experience, coordinating between different teams such as tour guides, farm owners, and service providers.
2. Leadership: Experience in leading teams, ensuring smooth operations, and managing conflicts or challenges that arise during operations.
3. Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for working with foreign tourists, local service providers, and tourism offices. Negotiation skills will also be important when dealing with service contracts or partnerships.
4. Customer Service: A deep understanding of customer service to ensure tourist satisfaction and handle complaints or issues efficiently.
5. Cultural Awareness: Since the role involves attracting foreign tourists, an understanding of different cultures and preferences would help tailor the experiences to meet varying expectations.
