What you'll need to do:
- Work with popular and modern Dubai business class housing estates
- Show real estate projects (all within territorial accessibility from the office)
- Timely process incoming leads, phone / chat negotiations, zoom meetings.
- Support of clients at all stages of the deal
- Monitor and analyze the real estate market
- Report data on the work performed in the CRM system
- Be professional and able to solve non-standard requests of clients
- Provide support to your clients and maintain business relations with partners
- Internal communication of the office;
Skills
What we expect:
- Experience in real estate sales for 2 years or more
- Completed successful transactions and stable client base
- Good customer service skills and understanding of interaction structure (sales technique)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade clients
- Proactivity and mental variability
- High emotional and social intelligence
- Customer focused
- Competent, clear speech
Expressed desire to earn a lot and develop.
