Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  1. Implement a timekeeping system for people working on project’s site to ensure prompt and accurate tracking of their attendance.
  2. Compare manual with automated data, highlight discrepancies, and carry out necessary investigations and corrections to guarantee error free information.
  3. Conduct on-the-spot inspections to check the location of people at various times versus collected data.
  4. Keep track of all indicators relevant to timekeeping / attendance (time in/time out, absences, cost centre allocation, overtime, etc...), compute and analyze collected data and raise the flag for risky trends.
  5. Coordinate with supervisors any matter relevant to their subordinates’ attendance to avoid potential ambiguities/inconveniences.
  6. Provide site administrator with the necessary information relevant to people attendance and working hours for decision making purposes.
