Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tile Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Measuring and cutting tiles to fit around obstacles, such as pipes and electrical outlets.
- Mix and apply adhesive and grout to hold tiles in place
- Install tiles in various patterns, including diagonal, herringbone and subway
- Repair and replace damaged tiles
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
