Job Description

Are you a TikTok pro with a passion for live broadcasting and team leadership? We're looking for a talented TikTok Manager to join our Dubai-based team and help us create engaging content while maximizing revenue on the platform. If you live and breathe TikTok, know how to captivate audiences, and can train others to succeed, this is the opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an entertainment anchor on TikTok live broadcasts, creating captivating content that engages audiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to monetize TikTok, including live streams, PK battles, and other platform features.
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of TikTok creators in Dubai.
  • Train team members on reward collection, live engagement skills, and achieving monthly sales and engagement goals.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Skills

  • Experience as an entertainment anchor, live broadcaster, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok features, monetization strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a team of creators.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Creative performance skills, such as dancing or acting, are highly preferred.
