• Role: TikTok Operator/Manager

• Salary: AED3,000 to AED8,000/month + commission (depending on experience, performance, or sales generated)

• Languages: Fluent in Arabic or English (potentially both)

• Location: FC25, DRAGON MART 2, DUBAI, UAE

• Key Responsibilities:

• Managing TikTok accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement

• Developing strategies to increase followers and engagement

• Running and optimizing TikTok ads and campaigns

• Analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly

• Collaborating with influencers and content creators

• Recruit and manage anchors

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience with TikTok content creation or management

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and analytics tools

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)

• Creative and detail-oriented, with an eye for compelling content

• Fluent in either Arabic or English (bilingual is a plus)

• Strong communication skills

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging, and charismatic live-streaming anchor to join our team and help grow our TikTok presence. As a live-streaming anchor, you will host live-streaming sessions, engage with viewers, and drive content that resonates with a global audience.

Responsibilities:

• Host and manage TikTok live-streaming sessions regularly.

• Interact with viewers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Create and produce engaging content for live-streaming sessions.

• Help grow and maintain an interactive community on TikTok.

• Collaborate with the team to plan content and promotions.

• Meet performance goals related to viewership, engagement, and sales (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Fluency in either Arabic or English (written and spoken).

• Experience in live-streaming or on-camera presenting (TikTok experience a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
