Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Ticket Reservation Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their travel inquiries and reservations, including flights, accommodation, and other travel services.
- Provide accurate information about travel destinations, schedules, and pricing.
- Process bookings and issue tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel-related products and services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotional offers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is preferred.
- Sales-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
