Job Description
Ticketing Experience:
- Booking Systems: Proficiency with various booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Customer Service: Experience handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving issues related to travel.
- Fare Rules and Regulations: Knowledge of fare rules, ticketing policies, and airline procedures.
UAE Visa Processing Experience:
- Visa Types and Requirements: Familiarity of UAE tourist visas and the requirements .
- Application Procedures: Experience with the visa application process, including document preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Regulations and Updates: Awareness of current regulations and any changes in visa policies.
- Coordination with Authorities: Experience liaising with UAE immigration authorities and understanding their processes.
