Job Summary & Purpose:
To assist the Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a single point of contact in HR for the Internal Business Unit client and its staff in order to continually improvement the areas of attrition, employee satisfaction, employee engagement and motivation, and employee productivity as well as to execute the administrative duties, analysis, communications, and initiative implementation in order to bring about these improvements. .
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Annual Performance Appraisals completion (UAE) including COLA working (Information from Statistics Department – UAE, Bahrain, Oman & Qatar) & Bonus Working (if any)Deductions from ERP to HRMS
2 Conduct of Assessment Centers – Managing the Talent Pool.
3 Maintenance of organization structure (organograms)
4 Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
5Execution of transfer as desired by the Ops Team.
6 Issue of promotion letter and status updation in HRMS
7 Maintaining deployment of staff as per the Nationality Mix requirement of the business
8 Coordinates with assistance the communication and execution of staff transfers/movement
9 Conduct of Quarterly Appraisals and presenting the analysis to the Senior Management with suggested actions/areas of improvement
10 Handling all discipline cases and employee grievances to provide resolution/solution/execution
11 Preparation of MIS
RequirementsQualitative Requirements
Experience(Yrs & Field) : Minimum 5 years’ experience
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Professional Certifications: MBA in Human Resources - preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Expert working knowledge of Excel and good working knowledge of MS office packages Knowledge of HRMS
