Job Description

  • Oversee test case creation, execution, and maintenance for functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure the effective use of automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Validate compliance with banking standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Extensive experience in testing banking applications, including core banking, internet/mobile banking, payment systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent.
  • Experience with API testing, performance testing, and data validation.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in test management tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
