Operational Responsibilities
Lead the testing teams for the projects with in a program
2. Assist the test manager in resources estimations specific to the program
3. Assist the test manager in resource recruitment
4. Involving effort estimation for allocated projects
5. Work allocation to Associate Test Leads
6. Guide the test team for creating automated test scripts, test related outputs, test cases, etc…
7. Coordinate & communicate with Test manager and Test Leads and for timely delivery of predefined testing activities & goals
8. Review the test plan / Sign off report prepared by Associate Test Lead
9. Prepare the project plan and managing to those plans to meet the agreed timeline and criteria
10. Provide functional support and subject matter expertise on all projects related activities to internal and external stakeholders
11. Review all the Test deliverables Prepared by Testing team and ensure the deliverables are matched with initial agreement
12. Report progress at regular weekly status meetings
13. Provide technical support for the testing team and wholly involved in creating any testing related output i.e. test data, test cases, automation test scripts
14. Coordinating with Project Managers , System Analysts , UAT Test Lead , DBA and SIT team
15. Defect Management for Multiple Projects
16. Review of Test automation framework
17. Managing the testing assets of the program
18. Perform all other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor on time with reliability, honesty, and discretion.

Experience
Minimum of 8+ years in software development industry preferably 2+ years in test lead role
Minimum Qualification
Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. IT
