Job Description



This person will be focusing on the dental implants portfolio. This position is based in Dubai and will cover the Dubai and Al Ain regions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting the continued success of our innovative dental solutions.

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.Identify and engage with potential clients, including dentists, clinics, and hospitals, to promote the company's dental implant products.Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals as needed.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.Collaborate with the sales manager and team to share insights and align strategies




Profile


Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline).1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in dental products or medical devices. Experience with dental implants is advantageous but not mandatory.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.Valid UAE driver's license.
