Job Description
Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to understand client.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information for proposal development.Prepare, write, edit, and format proposals that address client needs, emphasize organizational strengths, and differentiate from competitors.Ensure proposals meet all requirements specified in RFPs or tender documents and coordinate with different departments to gather necessary documentation.Work closely with finance and project management teams to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for proposed projects or services.Participate in negotiation processes with clients to finalize contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Manage time effectively to meet tight proposal submission deadlines.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to enhance the organization's competitiveness in the bidding process.Maintain organized records of all proposals, correspondence, and contracts for reference and compliance purposes.Ensure the quality and accuracy of proposals, verifying that they align with organizational branding and messaging.
