Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized, professional, and courteous Temporary Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage for 15 days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative duties. This position is crucial in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the office during the regular receptionist's absence.

Job Duration: 24 Oct 2024 to 13 Nov 2024
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Visa- You should've your won visa that is valid for more than 6 months.
Compensation:250/day
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors when needed.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- Coordinate with other departments for support tasks.
- Follow security procedures when issuing visitor badges or checking access.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to start immediately and work for the entire 15-day period.
