Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective communication with potential clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills for meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
