About the job Telesales Internship

Internship Opportunity for Telesales. (Convertible to Full Time)


Starting: Immediate


Working Environment: In-person ONLY


Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Timings: 10 AM to 4 PM (6 hours only)


Bonus: AED 500 - 2nd Month Onwards
(Conversion to Full-time upon performance and company priority | AED 2000 - 3000)

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.


  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.


  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.


  • Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring a good level of accuracy in data entry.


  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our services.


  • Answer questions and provide detailed information to potential customers.


  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.


  • Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.


  • Assist in creating and updating sales scripts and materials.


  • Record and track customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.


  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.
