Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement, driving the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the company’s database and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads by understanding their property needs, investment objectives, and budget.
- Follow up with prospects to arrange site visits and meetings with sales agents.
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Promote real estate properties by effectively presenting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Provide clients with detailed property information, including pricing, payment plans, and availability.
- Address client objections, negotiate prices, and successfully close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering referrals and repeat business.
- CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics, reporting daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure company sales targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, ideally within real estate, banking, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends, property investment strategies, and sales techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
