Job Description
We have two (2) roles open in Dubai
- Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our IT Annual Maintenance Contract services to potential clients.
- Conducting strategic outbound calls, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and communicating the value of our IT support services to meet customer needs.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to promote IT AMC services.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of IT support services to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed understanding of customer needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Daily Reporting and Challenges during the telecall.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT support services and AMC business models.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Female candidates preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT support services industry.
Attributes and Behaviours:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets for Telesales.
