Job Description:


The Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive (IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of various IT solutions including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT governance, mobility software, call center solutions, and marketing solutions. The primary focus will be on door-to-door sales to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct inside sales activities to promote and sell The Companys suite of IT solutions.
  • Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to them to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of The Companys products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • 1-2 years of experience in Technical Sales. 


    Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).


  • Excellent communication skills.


  • UAE Valid Driving License is preferred


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.


  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.


  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.


  • Fast learner and passion for sales.


  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.


  • Attitude in delivering attractive presentations.


Other Details:


Work Mode: Onsite- Full Time


Experience: 1-2 years


Work Day/Timings: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm


Location: Dubai
