Job Description:



  • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products and services, including, credit cards and loans.
  • Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to effectively present banking solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to open accounts, apply for loans, or sign up for other banking services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our banking products, services, and promotional offers, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the bank.

Job Requirements:

 



  • Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
