Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and offerings.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Present property listings and services clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure conversion success.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor activities to better serve clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in telesales in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software for managing leads and sales activities.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
