As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our diverse range of training programs and services to potential clients, helping them to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote training programs and services.
2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective follow-up strategies.
3. Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures to potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to services or enrollment.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

1. Strong Arabic and English communication skills with a persuasive ability.
