We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer inbound customer queries professionally.
- Explain products/services and assist customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer service.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE work permit/visa preferred (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
