Job Description

The Tele Caller position in Dubai's vibrant real estate sector offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their communication skills and contribute to a dynamic team. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our real estate services, facilitating inquiries, and providing information about properties. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate services.
  2. Provide detailed information about properties and answer client inquiries.
  3. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  4. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for property viewings.
  5. Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  7. Prepare reports on call activities and client feedback.
  8. Stay updated on market trends and property listings.
  9. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  10. Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  5. Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
  6. Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  8. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
